E-mail induviduals or groups without the usual fuss
E-mailing from Beehive Contact Manager is easy. Your default e-mail program is used to send messages.
E-mail Current and E-mail All tool buttons.
E-mail current will invoke your default e-mail program if an e-mail address is present for the current record
E-mail All will invoke your default e-mail program using the e-mail addresses of the currently filterered set. In the example above, the filtered group is Motel [All, Email notification]. User preferences determine whether the recipient list uses To:, Cc: or Bcc:. The maximium number of recipients in the list is also determined by a user preference.
