I am writing to thank you and let you know how successful your Beehive Contact Manager software has been for our business.

You may not be aware that our company has been around for over 30 years. Over the last 5 to 10 years the storing, retrieval, manipulation and presentation of our intellectual data has been causing increasing concern and a growing number of issues within our business. We were constantly dealing with all sorts of problems from maintaining data and emailing lists, losing data, duplication of data, out of date information and not to mention the time and effort to manipulate records and reports into a format we required.

Installing Beehive Contact Manager as our primary data base for all our records has collectively encapsulated our data into one area and allowed us to overcome these issues.

By far the greatest benefit Beehive Contact Manager provides us is the huge time savings as we are now able to locate information accurately and easier thereby resolving issues faster. We only have to use one system to do it allowing the maintenance of our records to be much more manageable.

We have definitely freed up many of my employees time to do other jobs and make us more productive, on a day-to-day basis.

My employees have also found the Beehive Software simple to use. However, this has not restricted the potential power of the software that has allowed us to set up a range of customized reports within the system which are available instantly whereas they previously took many man hours of work preparation.

Most other software investigated provided some solutions to our issues but became complex for our staff and therefor were not a viable option.

Beehive Contact Manager is a fantastic database application that is easy to navigate and allows the easy sharing of contact and business information amoungst our emplyees.

I can access all of my card details very quickly which is a huge time saver for me. As well as this I am able to use the database to email clients individually or as filtered groups. I also print labels for mail outs on a regular basis.

An example of the usefulness of Beehive Contact Manager is when it came time to prepare our Christmas cards mailout. This was an easy task and by identifing who this list applies to can be used year after year.

I have been using Beehive Contact Manager from its initial release until now. I use the program all day every day to look up contact information, write comments, record phone conversations, e-mail individuals and groups, send newletters and print labels and mailouts.

I can filter my customers in any way I want, which allows me to direct my marketing in a very specific manner. The flexible printing functionality of Beehive Contact Manager allows me to produce professional and personalized looking mail outs.

I also run my husbands business from the same program. Beehive Contact Manager allows for contact data from all sources to reside in the same database easily. My husband even produced his own business cards using the application.

I also coach my son's basketball team, so naturally I use Beehive Contact Manager for this as well.

It is a great benefit to my business as it saves heaps of time & it is an easy to operate program. I would recommend it to anyone!
