Full Rich Text Printing
Printing with Beehive Contact Manager gives you the flexibility to produce Mailing Labels, Invitations, Business Cards, Mail Merged documents, Contact Listings, Reports and more using full rich text functionality. This means that you can control all attributes of your text as well as use graphics and colour to give a professional look to your printing.
The image on the left shows a mail merged product marketing letter whilst the right image shows a postal labels example. Note that the postal labels sample shows correct formatting in all cases (can be customized to your requirements easily).
Once you've generated your document or labels, you can save to a PDF file for archiving, distribution or 3rd party printing. For example, if you were to generate an annual leave report for an employee, you can save and e-mail it to the employee for their own records in PDF format.
